How do you measure a man's body?
Chest: Measure around the widest part of the chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The tape should be firm but not too tight.
Waist: Measure around the natural waist (usually the narrowest part of the torso), keeping the tape horizontal.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of the hips, usually 20-23 cm below the natural waist.
Sleeve Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder, over the elbow, to the wrist when the arm is slightly bent.
Height: Measure height from the top of the head to the floor while standing upright, without shoes.
